  1. How did the service provider address you when it was your turn for service?
  2. Did you feel special or did you feel like the next, in a long line of bodies being processed? Why?
  3. When the service provider simply picked up the phone and offered to assist you or shouted “NEXT” while you waited in line, what thoughts went through your mind about the provider and the organization?
