- Explain Public Relations through a banking-related example.
Public Relations – the actions of a corporation, store, government, individual, etc., in promoting goodwill between itself and the public, the community, employees, customers, etc. (Dictionary.com)
- Compare and contrast these concepts as they relate to marketing.
- Illustrate how these are components of the overall marketing mix.
