Some literature reviews read as “book reports” that simply provide a string of summaries of the articles reviewed. How is synthesis different than summarizing? How does developing and employing the skill of synthesis improve the quality of the literature review? Explain. D’Urso (2016) noted synthesis as acts of combining different elements of information that contributes to knowledge body on a topic. The researcher should be attentive to analysis and evaluation of the studies and literary works of authors who have published on this topic. Sturman and Park (2016) evaluated how relationships between supervisors and subordinates evolved over time. In this study the researchers chose to examine and compare different studies that had already been research on this topic. In an effort to educate and guide leaders it is noteworthy to understand this both for business and the academic world. Leadership is a crucial part of any business and there has been many guides and research completed on this topic. The researchers in this study sought it necessary to research and present findings to guide leaders in all industries. For the success of the business and every employee, it is critical that leaders and followers develop a relationship to ensure the job is done. Sturman and Park (2016) created a simulation for combing through empirical findings of existing research in different studies. The goal was to determine what happens between employees and supervisors as their relationships develop over time. The authors referred to taking “puzzle pieces” and mathematically combining them to study implications. The simulation was called a “learning system” which provided the knowledge for which is based research findings. When I think of this method it is an important piece for me and my study. Leadership is key to the success of any business. How leaders manage and perform differently but get the same results of success will be a great access to my paper on Authentic Leadership Motivating Employees in the Work Industry.

How does developing and employing the skill of synthesis improve the quality of the literature review? Explain. D’Urso (2016) noted synthesis as acts of combining

different elements of information that contributes to knowledge body on a topic. The researcher should be attentive to analysis and evaluation of the studies and

literary works of authors who have published on this topic. Sturman and Park (2016) evaluated how relationships between supervisors and subordinates evolved over time.

In this study the researchers chose to examine and compare different studies that had already been research on this topic. In an effort to educate and guide leaders it

is noteworthy to understand this both for business and the academic world. Leadership is a crucial part of any business and there has been many guides and research

completed on this topic. The researchers in this study sought it necessary to research and present findings to guide leaders in all industries. For the success of the

business and every employee, it is critical that leaders and followers develop a relationship to ensure the job is done. Sturman and Park (2016) created a simulation

for combing through empirical findings of existing research in different studies. The goal was to determine what happens between employees and supervisors as their

relationships develop over time. The authors referred to taking “puzzle pieces” and mathematically combining them to study implications. The simulation was called a

“learning system” which provided the knowledge for which is based research findings. When I think of this method it is an important piece for me and my study.

Leadership is key to the success of any business. How leaders manage and perform differently but get the same results of success will be a great access to my paper on

Authentic Leadership Motivating Employees in the Work Industry.

2. Go to your junk drawer and randomly retrieve three items. Write a one-paragraph summary of each item separately. Then write a one-paragraph synthesis that

compares and contrasts the three items. Post the three summaries and the single-paragraph synthesis of the summaries. What challenges did you experience in

synthesizing the three objects? What questions do you have about synthesis techniques? The things I saw in my junk drawer in the kitchen is the triple AAA battery,

birthday candles, and the permanent marker. The triple AAA battery can use in everyday house products, for example, toy, flashlight, remote control, clock and radio.

This product you can buy at any place (Walmart, Target, or Market). However, my husband refuses to buy the triple AAA at dollar store. The second thing was a birthday

candles that my family used and leave it in the draw for they can use it again in next years. This concept was good ideas as because you can continue to use it over

again and excluding cash to spend on the candle as we can blow only once. We bought blue for the boys and pink for the girls. The third thing I saw was a permanent

marker as I used for the food label. However, I don’t like the heavy smell make me feelings uncomfortable. All the three things must be staying in my drawer in kitchen

until it running out. The AAA battery, birthday candles that I don’t need a cover, but the permanent marker it need to put the top back as because the ink can be

drying out. All three things, I can buy at dollar to save money, but my husband does not agree with my notions. He thinks these products was make from China and

quality low, plays a crucial role in encouraging the exports of renewable energy products (Zhao &Wang & Yu, 2016). I argued with him now most things were made in

China and quality was stumpy, but due to the economic collapse that I need money saving. The question I asked for the synthesis about the common theme as useful items

in the household, and what is purpose to use the battery, birthday candles and permanent marker? The last question where is to buy these things and help with money

saving.

In my junk drawer are ink pens, glue and screw driver are in the junk drawer

when I have no place to put them. There is always a need for an ink pen no matter how much or little you write a pen is needed. There are other times when I need a pen

but can’t find one so I rely on the junk drawer. Glue is one of the items stays in my junk drawer because it’s not used that much but if I need glue I want to be able

to put my hands on glue so in my junk drawer is where it stays. A screw driver is something that I can use as a handy tool and is simple enough for a woman to use to

fix what has been broken and to be tightened items that need repairing. There is a choice of approach and the selection of more than one approach appropriate to the

questions being asked and the level of study, as recommended Glor (2014b). by Astley and Van de Ven (1983: e.g. 267). Are some of the challenging I experience is that

each one of these items in my junk drawer has a purpose and each one of them is somewhat valuable to me because I haven’t thrown them away. Each one of the items I

have in my junk drawer is a source of need and helpful to me in some form or fashion.
